How to prepare:Rinse a handful of Sea Moss making sure to remove any dirt, debri or other unknown agents and put in a container with enough water to cover it and soak for at least 4 hours. You can also add a squeeze of lime juice while soaking to neutralize Seamoss taste. Remove Sea Moss from water then place in a blender with just enough water to cover the Sea Moss and blend until it makes a smooth paste. Your seamoss is now ready to be used in your smoothies, tea, desserts and even face masks! Consume 2 tablespoons of your sea moss gel per day.
Notes
Moss can be stored in the refrigerator for up to three weeks. Add to smoothies, and recipes that call for a thickening agent.
Additionally, anyone suffering with hyperthyroidism should either steer clear of this product, or consume very little of it.
