Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Cleve Seamoss. Because our products are made fresh to order and many are perishable, please read our Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. All Sales Final

  • All sales are final.

  • Due to the perishable and custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been fulfilled.

2. Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order for a full refund only before your order is fulfilled (before a shipping label is created).

  • Once your order is marked fulfilled or shipped, cancellations and refunds are not possible.

3. Perishable Items

  • Sea Moss Gel and other perishable products are made fresh to order.

  • Customers must monitor tracking and collect their order promptly upon delivery.

  • We cannot provide refunds for items that spoil due to delayed pickup, missed deliveries, or being left unattended.

4. Shipping & Delivery Issues

  • Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Cleve Seamoss is not liable for delays, loss, or misdelivery due to an incorrect address.

  • Shipping costs are non‑refundable once your order has been processed.

5. Shipping Insurance (Package Protection)

  • At checkout, you may choose to add shipping insurance.

  • If insurance is declined, Cleve Seamoss is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages once handed to the carrier.

  • To qualify for a replacement under insurance, you must notify us within 24 hours of the carrier’s delivery scan.

6. Damaged Orders

  • In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please email cleveseamoss@gmail.com with a photo of the damaged product within 24 hours of delivery.

  • If approved, we will issue a replacement in accordance with your insurance coverage selection.

7. Health Disclaimer

Cleve Seamoss and its owner(s) are not licensed medical professionals. Our products are for general wellness support and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. By purchasing, you accept full liability for your personal health decisions.
