Welcome to Cleve Seamoss! By shopping with us, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read carefully before placing an order.
1. Online Store Terms
By completing a purchase, you confirm that:

You agree not to use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

You understand that each product is made fresh to order and requires adequate time for preparation.
2. Processing Time

All orders require up to 14 business days for processing before shipment.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Processing time applies to all shipping methods, including expedited options (e.g., overnight or 2‑day shipping).

Expedited shipping affects carrier delivery time only after processing is complete.
3. Shipping Policy

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not see your tracking email.

Cleve Seamoss is not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS, UPS, or other carriers.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

After checkout, our system verifies addresses. If an incorrect address was entered, the responsibility falls solely on the customer. Refunds or replacements cannot be issued for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
4. Perishable Items Policy

Sea Moss is a perishable item and must be handled with care. To preserve freshness, we store all jars properly until the actual shipping date.

Receiving your tracking number does not indicate shipment — it only means a label has been created.

Our designated shipping days are Mondays and Tuesdays. During high order volume, we may also ship on Wednesdays.

Customers are responsible for monitoring their tracking information closely to determine the expected delivery date. We cannot issue refunds for orders that spoil in your mailbox due to insufficient tracking or pickup on the customer’s part.

Shipping costs are calculated directly from the carrier based on weight, dimensions, and distance. Expedited shipping affects carrier transit time only after processing is complete.

Transit timeframes provided by carriers do not include holidays or weekends.

If you experience an issue with your order (such as a broken jar), you must email cleveseamoss@gmail.com within one day of delivery, including a photo of the product. Claims submitted after this period cannot be honored.
5. Shipping Insurance (Package Protection)

At checkout, you may select shipping insurance (package protection).

If insurance is declined, Cleve Seamoss is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages once handed over to the carrier.

A 24‑hour notice from the time of delivery scan is required to qualify for a replacement under insurance coverage.

If insurance is purchased and your package is lost or damaged, we will work with you to provide a replacement.

If insurance is declined, you waive your right to a free replacement.
6. Refunds, Cancellations & All Sales Final

All sales are final.

You may request a cancellation and full refund prior to your order being fulfilled (before a shipping label is created).

Once your order has been fulfilled or shipped, cancellations and refunds are not available.

Perishable items (such as Sea Moss Gel) are non‑returnable and non‑refundable once shipped.

If you selected expedited shipping but cannot wait the standard processing time, you may request a refund before fulfillment.
7. Health & Wellness Disclaimer

8. Customer Acknowledgment
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:

You understand that processing may take up to 14 business days.

Expedited shipping does not shorten processing time.

If you decline insurance, you accept full responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage after shipment.

Providing the correct shipping address is your responsibility. If entered incorrectly, Cleve Seamoss is not liable for delays, loss, or misdelivery.

All sales are final once your order has been fulfilled.
