I actually purchased this for my brother who has gaut. He was a little hesitant at first because he didn’t know what it would taste like. He said he was surprised because it wasn’t bad at all and the texture is like applesauce. Since taking it everyday he has not had a flare up.

I use this at night. From the very first time I used I slept so peacefully through out the night. Have been using it everyday on my feet when I go to bed!!!! Will definitely recommend and repurchase this.
