When I say this stuff is the TRUTH I Mean it ! I have a very physical demanding job & haven’t had any Moss since I started working where I currently do. I enjoyed every flavor except the purple one. That was a little bit bland and a little grainy. The pineapple and Strawberry was pleasant and smooth.
